Paid with county User Fee Tickets ($5, $10, $30), sold at town/village clerks and local shops.
Who may use it
Public only (county stations are for the public; commercial collectors only at Salamanca). User Fee Tickets required.
Accepted
Bagged garbage (up to 30-gal bags), clean yard waste (max five 30-gal bags/day), one CRT or LCD electronic per day, plastics #1 and #2, tin, clear glass, paper and cardboard, textiles.
Not accepted
Cellphones, batteries, wood waste, construction and demolition debris, paint (only dry latex paint per rules page), household hazardous waste. Also not accepted: tires, metal, bulky items, freon units, bags over 30 gal.
Note. County lists 31 West Union Street (state record: 11 West Union Street, same street). Bags max 30 gal; bulky items and metal not accepted here. 2026 closures: Jan 1, Jan 19, Feb 16, May 25, Jul 3, Sep 7, Oct 12, Nov 11, Nov 26, Dec 25.
