C&D, bulky debris and bale wrap $115/ton (no fee for loads under about 200 lb); clean wood $25/ton; contaminated soil $40/ton; industrial waste $50/ton; asbestos $250/ton; mattresses/box springs $10 each. No fee for paint, oil, batteries, propane tanks, scrap metal, tires under 24 in, TVs/computers, appliances, paper, clothing, yard waste and household garbage. Pay by prepaid account, cash or credit.
Who may use it
Delaware County residents only; only waste generated in the county; stop at the scale house; materials must be separated.
Accepted
Household garbage (white or clear bags), yard waste (clear bags), C&D, clean wood, scrap metal, tires, appliances, TVs and computers, paper and cardboard, clothing, paint (original containers, 10 gal), oil and antifreeze (5 gal), batteries, empty propane tanks.
Not accepted
Chemicals and hazardous waste (use the Clean Sweep event), liquids in C&D loads, fluorescent/mercury lights, ballasts, transformers, burn barrel ash.
