Residents of the City of Johnstown, Town of Johnstown and City of Gloversville, with a permit sticker (valid Jan 1-Dec 31; Gloversville City Hall 518-773-4542, Johnstown City Hall 518-736-4011).

Garbage, single-stream recycling, bulk metal, textiles, used motor oil, vehicle and rechargeable batteries, electronics (computers, monitors, TVs). Appliances, freon units, tires, fluorescent bulbs and tubes, mercury thermostats, household hazardous waste (odd years, August).

Dump trucks and dump trailers; trailers larger than 5x8 ft. Other prohibited items not listed.
