- Residents about $100/ton with a 3-ton minimum (effective 7/1/2025); free with a municipal permit for residents of the Towns of Lewiston and Porter. Credit/debit card (matching ID) or check.
- Who may use it
- Residents may dump (you may have to unload by hand into a yard container). Businesses must open an account, provide vehicle insurance and attend a safety briefing.

- Non-hazardous waste as defined by NYS DEC; industrial waste, biosolids and remediation waste need pre-approval.
